MOLLY Meldrum remains in a critical but stable condition and his manager and brother are cautiously optimistic he'll wake up from his induced coma.
Mark Klemens said this morning that Meldrum was still in a critical but stable condition in intensive care at the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne.
Meldrum's brother Brian said last night that he hoped Meldrum would wake from his coma in time for Christmas. He said it was a a case of "if" but "when".
"I am totally optimistic he will pull through this and the future will look after itself then," Brian Meldrum said.
Meldrum is in an induced coma after suffering life- threatening head injuries, broken ribs and a punctured lung.
He fell 3m from a ladder at his home on Thursday when he was putting up Christmas decorations.
God Bless you Molly x
